If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset it, follow these steps:

• Go to the Daily Dino Direct login page.
• Click on the link that says "Forgot password?" beneath the login fields.
• Enter the email address you used to sign up.
• Check your inbox for an email from us with a link to reset your password.
• Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password and log in.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, be sure to check your spam folder.

1. Log into Your Account:

   • Go to the Daily Dino Direct login page and log in using your credentials.
   • Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the page, and from the dropdown menu, select Settings.

2. Access Billing Info:

   • In the Settings section, click on Billing Info located at the top right of the page.
   • If you used PayPal for your payment, click Manage Subscription in PayPal.

3. Manage PayPal Payments (if applicable):

   • You will be directed to your PayPal account. Log in with your PayPal credentials.
   • In PayPal, click on Payments in the top menu.
   • Select Manage Automatic Payments under the Automatic Payments section.
   • Choose the merchant (Daily Dino Direct) whose agreement you want to cancel.
   • Confirm your wish to cancel by clicking Cancel Automatic Payments.

4. Cancel via Stripe (if applicable):

   • If your payment was set up through Stripe, simply click the Cancel button in the Billing Info section of your account settings.
   • You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation.

5. Confirmation:

   • After you cancel your subscription, your membership access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
   • You can view your canceled subscription and the access end date in the Billing Information tab.

   • Once in the Settings page, click on the Billing Info tab.

3. Update Your Card:

   • In the Billing Info section, locate your saved card on file.
   • Click the ellipsis icon (three dots) to the right of the saved card, and select Update Card.

4. Confirm Payment Update:

   • Enter your new card information.
   • If you're on a subscription or multi-payment plan, the next payment will be charged to your updated card automatically.

5. Success!:

   • You have successfully updated your card information and will continue enjoying our products and services without interruption.
